Because of the excessive new trademarks now being applied for daily I cannot guarantee that any phrases on my designs will not be a registered trademark. It is your responsibility and good business practice to research the USPTO database to make sure the products do not infringe on a registered trademark. By purchasing any design on CreativeXpressions you agree that you are responsible for your own business and CreativeXpressions will not be held liable with regards to trademarked phrases.
If it is discovered that a design contains a trademarked phrase, or if I am notified as such, I will immediately correct the issue by either
A. Removing the text from the design and keeping the art work
B. Removing the design completely if there is no art left to display and discontinuing the design.
