How are items shipped?

UK orders placed after 21st August will be shipped as Royal Mail Tracked 24. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail as Tracked 24 delivery as standard, with the optional upgrade to special delivery available at checkout. International shipments are also sent tracked. Upgrades and alternative couriers are available at checkout. Please refer to shipping estimates for the best estimated shipping speeds to your destination. I'm afraid we cannot issue refunds due to late delivery. We make and send everything on time as per our advertised lead times; when it is with the courier it is out of our hands.

How do I hang my wire art?

All wire wall art will be shipped flat unless otherwise requested with your order. It is recommended to use either nails or invisible command hooks to hang your artwork. There will be a guide with every order.

Can you rush my order?

I do offer a 'Rush My Order' service, with limited availability each week, so please do contact me if you have any urgent requirements and I will always do my absolute best to accommodate where possible.

My order has been sent back, what happens now?

For any items that are returned to us due to being 'unclaimed' at the post office, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for re-shipping the item. A refund can only be issued if the item is non-custom, in which case only the item will be refunded. Custom orders cannot be refunded. Please ensure you follow the tracking information from the day it is dispatched, as you can see when delivery has been attempted and may need rearranging/collection. We are not responsible for the delivery notification from the couriers as they are 3rd party, unfortunately we cannot influence how they operate.

My item arrived damaged, what happens now?

We package all of our items with care to ensure they arrive safely to their destinations. Unfortunately sometimes the package isn't treated with as much care in transit, so damage is possible. If an item has arrived damaged, please ensure you contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and send photos of the packaging and the product as received. A replacement with then be sent subject to our usual terms and conditions of sale and delivery. Unfortunately if photos aren't provided, and it exceeds the 48 hour window, we will not be able to accept claims for damaged goods.
