I am so thankful to have found this product - and this particular seller. Unfortunately I came to need these templates due to the passing of my beloved husband. I have never had to do anything like this, and I am an absolute mess - but I was still able to create very beautiful items for his Celebration with these pre-built and easily-editable templates and the immediate support of seller when I needed it. ALL I GET IS A PDF FILE TELLING ME TO FOLLOW LINK TO DOWNLOAD. HOWEVER THE LINK IS JUST THE SAME PDF FILE ASKING TO FOLLOW THE LINK! AND MY BROTHERS MEMORIAL IS ON SATURDAY. I NEEDED TO GET THSES READY TO TAKE TO THE PRINTER BY WEDNESDAY MORNING TO PICKUP ON FRIDAY.
