-If you’d like to have something special, I am ready to do my best to turn your ideas into reality! -Please note that if you want me to draw an additional persons or pets, the custom order will have a different price. Of course, all these moments will be negotiated with you prior to approval/payment of your custom order. -The drawing will be a high resolution DIGITAL file , it's your choice to have it print in any sizes or use it in any occasions. You can download the file from the Etsy message. -I send the drawing to you via Etsy message or EMAIL ,you can get it it in 3-5 days after purchase and print right away! So there is no sense in sending physical item :) -I will gladly help you and discuss your project , just write me !:)

Usually the size of my drawings are in A3 format ( 42cm x 29,7cm or 11.69 x 16.53 inches). If you need other size please let me know before I start my drawing .

Can I see the proof before I order?

As the drawing is the primary part of my work, I will start working on your project after purchase, but I'll send you a proof and you'll be able to request any changes until you are completely satisfied !

What kind of photos do you need?

Better Please send the photos you have with clear focus, good resolution, frontal faces, but if you have not it, send me what you have . I will let you know if your photos works or not, and in this case I will ask for more pictures. You can send photos separately, or together of each person and pet!

Printing tips and advises

There are lots of creative ways to use your files! You can find closest printing centers online, they print from custom designs on stretched canvases, different kinds of paper, T-shirts, mugs, phone cases...etc. You can use your portraits to create greeting cards, wedding invitations, thank you cards, or use like avatar or profile picture. I can provide .pdf,.png,.jpg files with any size you want. Contact me if you have any question

Do you accept payments only through Paypal?

Yes, but if you wish to pay with credit card , you can do via PayPal without having to sign up for an account.

Can I ask for some changes in process ?

Any changes in process are possible. My goal is to make you satisfied with the final drawing !
