Choose Your Variety
Gold Sea Moss

Gold Sea Moss is the most popular variety and the only color that is naturally sun-dried. It has a very mild taste and aroma, making it a favorite for first-time users.

Purple Sea Moss

Purple Sea Moss naturally contains anthocyanin pigments—the same compounds responsible for the colors found in many purple and blue fruits and vegetables. To help preserve its natural color, it is dried in a controlled, dark environment.

Green Sea Moss

Green Sea Moss naturally contains chlorophyll, the pigment responsible for plants' green color. Like Purple Sea Moss, it is dried in a dark environment to help preserve its natural appearance.

Full Spectrum Sea Moss

A blend of Gold, Purple, and Green Sea Moss for those who prefer a combination of all three varieties.

Why Colored Sea Moss Looks Different

Gold Sea Moss is rinsed before drying because the sun naturally bleaches it during the drying process.

Purple and Green Sea Moss are dried immediately after harvesting to help preserve their natural color. Because they are not rinsed first, you may notice a light coating of natural sea salt. This is completely normal.

Before preparing your sea moss:

Rinse thoroughly under clean water.
Remove any natural sea salt before soaking.
Soak for 8–12 hours for best results.
If soaking longer, change the water periodically to maintain freshness.

Purple Sea Moss may naturally tint the soaking water due to its water-soluble pigments. This is expected and does not affect the quality of the sea moss.

Packaging & Storage

Your sea moss will arrive:

In a sealed plastic bag (2 oz and 8 oz sizes)
In a resealable pouch (4 oz size)

For long-term storage, transfer your sea moss to an airtight container and keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Where Does Our Sea Moss Come From?

We personally import our sea moss directly from St. Lucia.

Our relationship with our harvesting partners began while meeting with officials from the Ministry of Agriculture regarding other agricultural imports. During that visit, we had the opportunity to learn firsthand about sea moss harvesting and processing.

Since then, we have:

Visited the harvesting sites in Praslin, St. Lucia
Observed the harvesting process firsthand
Built direct relationships with the harvesting families
Continued to visit regularly to maintain quality and consistency

Because we import directly, we know exactly where every shipment originates.

Upon request, we can provide documentation supporting the origin of our sea moss, including certification from the Ministry of Agriculture in St. Lucia.

Wild Harvested vs. Wildcrafted

We sell wild-harvested sea moss collected from its natural ocean environment.

Some sea moss on the market is sold as "wildcrafted," which often refers to sea moss cultivated on ropes or in managed growing areas. We believe it's important for customers to understand how their sea moss is sourced so they can make an informed purchasing decision.

Returns

Because sea moss is an edible product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of all products we sell.

If you have any questions before purchasing, we're always happy to help.
