Custom and personalized orders

1 - It is your responsibility to check your messages to view the digital proof and review it for approval before printing for all printed dust covers, labels, cards, and tags. Provide all text, font, graphics, logos, and other info immediately before or after purchasing to ensure a quick response. TIME TABLE: I try to get all proofs prepared within 24-48 hours of purchase. 2 - Proofs will not be provided prior to purchase, unless otherwise agreed. 3 - Repeat customers can state "REORDER" in the personalization section if the order is the same. IMPORTANT: Not all cake toppers and party decor will have a digital proof. Unless we are changing up the design considerably, a proof will not be provided unless specifically requested.

1 - DUST COVERS: please read all the information in the listing to determine the best size for your custom dust covers. I am not responsible for the measurements, as I do not have the vessel in front of me. Measure the INSIDE diameter of your vessel and, if using multiple wicks, measure from wick center to wick center to ensure a proper fit. 2 - LABELS: make sure to choose a size that will fit on your vessel or product, leaving approximately 1/4 inch around the sides for easy placement. 3 - PARTY DECOR: if you want a topper or banner to be larger OR smaller than what is stated in the listing, please contact me ahead of purchase in case custom pricing is required.

Application instructions are provided with the purchase of all vinyl decals. It will come in the envelope or package along with your requested purchase.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Packaging for shipment of your order is determined according to the type and size of the item that was purchased. I use a variety of boxes, envelopes, and mailers to ensure safe delivery. I cannot be held responsible for damages caused by USPS or UPS, depending on the method you have chosen. Once it leaves my office, it is in their hands. Insurance is available for every purchase, so if your item arrives damaged - or doesn't arrive at all - please contact USPS or UPS to receive compensation. I will answer any questions you might have and direct you to the tracking information, but I cannot do anything on this end once a package leaves my hands.

If you want something in general like "monster trucks", "fairy tale princesses", or "super heroes" - that I can do! I can also customize any topper you see in my listings by adding a name, greeting, age, or to change the colors out completely. I can also add elements, remove elements, and rearrange the items to suit your needs. Contact me ahead of purchase to make sure I can accommodate your requests. Most changes are done without an up-charge, but some may require additional sizing and shipping demands, so please message me to get a quote.

All vinyl decals are made with top-quality commercial grade permanent vinyl for indoor/outdoor use with a lifespan of 5+ years. This material is rated for outdoor use on vehicles, windows, buildings, etc. and can be used on water bottles and other items that will get wet. However, decals are not dishwasher safe and we recommend taking care as you would with any sticker when washing.

Our vinyl decals can be applied to any flat surface, including glass, metal, plastic, chalkboard, and more. Contact us directly for any customization options beyond what is provided in the listing.
