This holster is made for a Ruger Black Hawk. ( Please note that the BlackHawk has a high site in the back) , To accommodate this I cut the holster down a bit . It has a leather string that you use for a hammer latch. I have a lot of people who own this particular revolver so I have made a few holsters to fit it. If you like it, it can be custom made for other pistols, for example a Colt, or Colt Clone. This holster has tooling on it and rivets added to each side. It makes it a really striking piece. It has a lighter brown stain, and then I added a darker brown accent stain. You can choose other stains, but some are more difficult to do. It was then hand rubbed with saddle soap which adds a nice shine to it. I recommend using saddle soap on it occasionally to keep the leather new looking. This is a well made holster, using top quality leather, and will last you for many many years.

The Belt has 20 bullet loops. It is fully lined and has a silver detachable buckle. When you order it, I will need the size of bullets you are using and MOST IMPORTANTLY an accurate measurement for your belt size. The belt will be sized according to the measurements you give me. Do not estimate or use your pant size, It will not fit. Always use a clothe tape measure to insure accuracy.

When you place your order, be sure to add the make, model, & barrel length of your gun. This will help me to create a custom piece for you and a perfect fit. Please be aware that not all leather takes the stain the same. Please understand that yours may not look exactly like the one you ordered, but it will be unique and one of a kind.
