Branding is an essential part of your business, but it can be an overwhelming process for many- I’m here to help! Though the logos I offer are premade, each logo is uniquely catered to you & your business. Several adjustments can be made to ensure your logo is just right for you & we will be in direct communication throughout the process.

➢Complete Package: Logo files (formats PNG, JPG, large file & transparent background), written watermarks, logo watermarks, cover photos for Facebook + Etsy, business cards (front & back), custom sticker, custom stationery card, color palette & a surprise gift (from the Branding Package).
Revisions: 10 | Processing Time: 3-7 days

➢Branding Package: Logo files (formats PNG, JPG, SVG, large file, transparent background & watermark at 50% opacity), 1 sub-logo, written watermarks, cover photos for Facebook + Etsy (Twitter & YouTube available upon request), business cards (front & back), Instagram highlights (up to 10), abbreviated logos (Sale, Away, On Vacation, Your Name & Shop Initials), logo sticker files, branding sticker files, custom stationery card file, font information, color palettes & branding board.

➊ Answer the questions for your specific questions in the personalization box. For example, if you are ordering the “Complete Package”, look at the “Information Needed” category in the bio & answer all of the questions.
➋ Once your package is selected & the questions are answered, place your order.
➌ You will receive a message from me with your logo sample. Anywhere from 1-3 samples may be sent.
➍ You can request changes or approve a sample.
➎ All of your final files will be delivered on Google Drive.

✧ I aim for every customer to have a 5-star experience. If you feel less than satisfied with your order, please inform me so I can do my best to make it up to you.
✧ Processing times vary based on the package you order, your unique requirements & factors in my own life. Your order can take anywhere from 1-10 days to process. If you are in a rush or want more specific information on your timeline, please message me.
✧ Make sure you are able to be notified when I reach out to you on Etsy. You can do this by downloading the Etsy app & allowing notifications, or by making sure that emails go through to your most used email account.
✧ The editing process is catered to you & your business. You will see your files throughout the process & have the opportunity to make adjustments as needed.
✧ All of your files will be delivered on Google Drive. Files can also be sent directly to your email if requested, though it is not recommended.
✧ At this time, all of my orders are digital. If you need printing services, please let me know & I’d be happy to recommend you to a trustworthy supplier.
