A digital portrait of your home or one special to you!
Unlike my custom watercolour home paintings, the digital prints don't include as much detail and are more of a simple design as opposed to realistic. This means gardens, trees, garages, fences etc. surrounding the home are not included in the print. However, I do create a floral border/accents if desired!

UPON PURCHASING:

Following your purchase, please email me at paperhomess [!at] gmail.com OR direct message me with:
-at least 2 good quality photos of your home. Preferably a straight on view and a photo that is NOT from google maps.
-any specific instructions/ things you'd like me to know about the home
-what you're expecting from your digital design (e.g. black & white/ colour/ captions/ foliage etc.) Feel free to use other photos as examples!

From the point of purchase, we will keep in touch. I will send a photo of the rough idea before completing the design, just in case there are any changes to be made. Once confirmation has been given on the rough draft by the customer, NO further adjustments will be accepted/made.

Depending on the amount of orders I have lined up, completion of the design can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks. This does not include shipping times. Feel free to message me before placing your order if you'd like to have a better idea of turn around times, as they are always changing.

Once the print is complete, a digital AND physical copy will be sent to you!

SHIPPING:

-Shipping times may be delayed, especially when shipped outside of Canada.
-Please keep in mind that I do not add tracking with my orders unless 'express' shipping is purchased upon checkout.
-All paintings are wrapped to avoid damage, however there is always a risk when being shipped/handled by others.
