Alocasia Portora 'Upright Elephant Ear' is a beautiful perennial boasting enormous ruffled green leaves. They are arrow-shaped and stand upright, unlike the leaves of the Colocasia, which droop and point toward the ground. They are fast-growing and easy to care for. Can reach heights of up to 6-ft in good growing conditions!

Likes a LOT of SUN and WATER! The more sun and water these get, the bigger the plant will get.
A popular summer-flowering bulb, these showy plants can be used in borders and are also ideal in containers. Bring containers in before the first frost to preserve your bulb for the next growing season. Alocasia Portora will bloom throughout summer and into fall.
These bulbs or 'tubers' will also re-produce/propagate over the years and make more bulbs the longer you have them!
