Once I receive the order, I can begin working on your invitation design. You will receive the completed invitation via e-mail. You can overlook the invitation for any revisions needed. You will receive a JPEG file that you can print on your own, e-mail or text to guests! PDF is also available upon request.

■ Business Hours
I work daily, including weekends. You should receive a reply within 24 hours.

■ File Deletion
Due to the high volume of orders, I need to remove the high resolution files from my computer after 21 days from time of order placement. Once removed and you request for a revision, you need to purchase the file in full price as I will need to redo the file.

■ Refunds
I do not offer refunds due to the nature of the product. Once a file is sent to the buyer a refund cannot be issued. If printing production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Feel free to reach me with any issues and I can see what I can do!

■ Digital Files/Personal Printing
Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality of printer used as well as the many different types or brands of paper and ink you are printing with. CindysEventCreations is not responsible for the resulting printing aspects if you choose to purchase the digital file to print on your own. You may print as many as you need, but you may not resell these items. They are for personal use only.

■ USPS Priority Mail Shipping - Printing Service Information Add On

• Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to US residences only. Arrives in 1-3 Business Days.
• You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation number when your shipping label is purchased. Allow at least 24 hours for updates.
• National holidays and bad weather may delay shipments.
