Linen and blend:

Hand or machine wash, dry clean. Do not overload washing machine as linen will crease. Max washing temperature is 40°C

Linen creases easily so spread it well to air. As linen dries fairly quickly do not let it dry too much as it is easier to iron it while it is a bit damp. Tip: set your iron steam level on max, it will make ironing much easier.

Body/ Face Brushes

Brushes do not require extra care, but you should consider two things: dry them well if you use them in shower or sauna as well as wash thoroughly if you use them with any products, such as face/ body cleansers, oils or massage creams. Oh, and do not forget to replace brushes every 3-4 months when use regularly, same as tooth brush.

We are happy to accept items back (except for the custom made items ordered by you and created just for you) within 28 days when:

- you changed your mind or item turned out not what you expected (item has to be returned in the perfect unused condition);
- item is genuinely faulty (in this case please let us know and we will offer you a replacement or a refund)

Face covers, Body Brush sets and mens grooming sets are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons, unless genuinely faulty.

We kindly ask you to send the items back to us and once received we will issue a refund. Please, ask for the proof of postage at the post office in case of package delay or loss.
