"I didn't expect all the items to be packed in one box. Unfortunately, the two copper jugs and the thermos had dents in their copper walls. I can tell this business is just starting, so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and believe they will improve their packing in the future. The dents weren't significant enough for me to request a refund, as they didn't affect the items' functionality. I believe the damage occurred during shipping, and while they did pack the items reasonably well, I wish they hadn't put everything in a single box. Additionally, they could have included a letter thanking me for my purchase. Overall, I'm not entirely impressed. On the positive side, I’m relieved I paid a fair price, since they claimed it was a sale. I believe you should give this store a chance to help them succeed."
