"The knob was shipped within 7 days as promised. Only took a week to arrive in US. Works just as advertised. Be advised that there are no programming instructions for the knob. You can download load the control panel from the Bashware downloads link and put it on your desktop. However there are no instructions on how to use the control panel to change the settings. I discovered through trial and error that after connecting to the knob by clicking connect to Arduino ( which connects to the knob ) if you want to change the default Volume Control setting to Scroll, click on the settings button and choose scroll from the drop down. However, You are not Done. You then need to click on the lower button “ Send Values “ to send your changes to the Knob. If you omit this step you will remain at Volume Control."

I’ve purchased 2 older versions both broke very fast. Was expecting the same this time but I’ve used this for 2 months and had no signs of wear and tear. Would highly recommend for resetting on controller. Also try using scroll wheel underneath the controller instead of next to triggers it’s far more comfortable and distracts your trigger fingers less!"
