I went with the engraving option for the briefcase which I thought was a very nice touch. Customer service was great too. They contacted me before shipping the package what they were packing and to check if i was happy woth what was being shipped in terms of look and feel and quality. Post that, I kept receiving regular updates on the delivery of my package which was very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending both the products and the vendor.
