"I love this mug. I purchased it for a friend having her 3rd spinal surgery. I specifically purchased it from this vendor since they were listed as being in Pennsylvania and my being in NJ I figured it would arrive on the sooner side. I found out after purchase, the item would actually ship from SC, which delayed the shipping. That isn't the seller's fault, but I wish the listing had been more transparent about where the item was coming from. She was, however, very responsive to messages which is always a kindness. The mug did arrive after I needed it (it was gifted anyway) and the mug itself was excellent quality. I would purchase again, but would leave more time since it isn't coming from "right next door" as it appears."
