"Scratch sleeves long sleeve shirt is great! I have eczema on my neck and face that is so chronically itchy. I struggle during the day to not itch but worse is as night, I do it badly in my sleep and can wake up with cuts and red, irritated skin. I tried a different brand of sleeves that was just cotton and the hand mitt part was too thin and I could feel my nails through it easily. This scratch sleeve shirt not only is thicker but has satin on the hand part so it’s very soothing and not scratchy at all.
