this is the 3rd tree cone i ordered. detailed explanation on the Fedex shipping issues. NOT the vendors fault and she kept checking with Fedex. We waited about 3 weeks for the order to finally get here, 5 days prior to Christmas. the cones are all lovely.

I order 3 cones. so detailed review is under a different cone. This vendor has been great as we had a 3 wk issue with Fedex leaving the package at their Florida distribution center. They finally arrived 5 days prior to Christmas.

I am not blaming the vendor on the shipping but felt like i needed to give the bad review due to Fedex leaving the package at their distribution center in Florida for around 3 weeks. package arrived 5 days before Christmas. Vendor has been great immediately checking and kept checking.

These cone trees are absolutely beautiful. Even better, they arrived ahead of the expected date, which was such a pleasant surprise. The quality and craftsmanship really show—they’re elegant, festive, and made my space feel instantly cozy. I’m genuinely happy with this purchase and would absolutely order again. Highly recommend if you want something truly lovely and well made. 💛✨
