When can I ask for a Replacement?

We can make a replacement if you received a product that was damaged, with a print defect (like the wrong design or print issues) or if the shipping carrier loses it during the shipping process (we usually wait up to 10 business days for the delivery, and after that we consider the package lost). The replacement will be free of charge for you and you just have to provide us with a clear picture of the issue.

Can I ask for a Replacement and a Refund?

No. You can ask for a replacement or a refund, not both at the same time and for the same product.

The tracking says "delivered" but I can't find the package. What now?

Please, note that we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for missing packages AFTER the delivery process has been completed. We consider the order successfully delivered as soon as the shipping carrier marks it as delivered. So, we HIGHLY ADVISE to daily check the tracking info and make sure that someone is ready to take the package during the delivery day so that it will not be left unattended for a long time inside your mailbox or on your front door. In case this happens, please get in touch with your local post office with the provided tracking information.

Do I have to return back a damaged or wrong item?

No. You don't have to send back the item, but just wait for your refund or the free replacement.

Do I nee to edit the picture before sending it to you?

No. You don't have to do any photo editing on your picture. We will take care of that for each product. Just provide a good quality picture that is suitable for the product you want.

Will I see the preview before the production?

Yes. Whichever product you by from my shop, you will always see the preview and have the possibility to make changes.

Can I cancel the order after I've seen the preview?

Yes. You can cancel the order even after the preview, but I charge a fee for the time I've spent making the design for you. The fee is $10 for each unique design. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

How much time do I have to review the preview of my product?

After we send your digital preview (via email or Etsy message), you'll have 24 hours to review it and let us know if you’d like any adjustments. We’re here to make changes until you’re completely happy with the design. Once you approve, we’ll move forward with production right away. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we’ll proceed with the current design to ensure a timely delivery.

Is it possible to cancel my order if I've had second thoughts after approving the preview and production has already started?

No, after your approval, we send the product immediately to production, and from that moment on we will not cancel the order anymore. We will assist if there will be shipping or product-related issues.
