Teacher Confetti shirts are unisex sizing. Specific measurements and sizing details are available in the listing photos of each item. I recommend checking the sizing with one of your existing shirts to compare. Please note that industry standard allows for sizing measurement deviations up to 1 inch.

Yes! I am able do custom orders for many of my items. Please contact me with your request. A custom order fee may apply.

If I change my mind, can I cancel my order?

You’re free to request to cancel an order anytime before items have been created or gone into production. If a cancelation is requested after an item has gone into production or has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible. If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, I’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their minds regarding a sale, a refund, exchange, or other special treatment is unable to be offered.

What if there's an issue with my order when it arrives?

I expect that you'll be thrilled with your order, however if on the rare occasion there is an issue with the physical product, please reach out to me via Etsy messages. This can be things like manufacturing errors, the incorrect size or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. Please reach out to me via Etsy messages within 28 days of your order, prior to leaving a review, with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. I'll happily work with you to find a solution.

What happens if I accidentally type the wrong address for my order?

Buyers are responsible to ensure that their address details are correct. If you notice that you have made an error, please contact me ASAP. Orders are shipped directly from the printing production partner I use. Once an order is ready for shipment, I may be unable to amend the address due to their automated systems. A processing fee plus a shipping fee to ship the package out a second time may apply to returned orders. Orders that are returned due to insufficient/incorrect address details are held for up to 13 days. If I have not heard back from you with updated address details within this time, the printing production company will donate the package to a local charity. Sorry, I am unable to provide a refund if this occurs.

I haven't received my item yet. What can I do?

Once an item is shipped, things have moved beyond my control. While I am unable to be held responsible for missing, misdelivered or non delivered items marked as 'delivered', rest assured I will do all I can to help you troubleshoot regarding your parcel. 1. Check the shipping details of your order using the tracking number found in your Etsy profile. 2. Buyers are responsible for providing a safe place for package delivery. If you cannot attend you home during the day, consider having the package delivered to your workplace or a PO box. 3. Sadly, 'porch theft' happens. Check with your local post office and ask for the GPS coordinates of the delivery. If necessary, file a claim with the post office.

✨Garment information & Care ✨

Our printing production partner uses Direct To Garment (DTG) printing using specialized ink jet technology, where the ink is applied directly to the garment and is absorbed by the garment’s fibres. DTG printing is not the old style, iron on transfers that fade with time. DTG printing allows the details of the digital image to be higher than screen printing methods, and the images are sharper.

- To get the most out of the life of your garment, it is recommended to use a cold machine wash, non-chlorine bleach may be used as needed, tumble dry on low heat, iron on medium heat inside out, do not dry clean.
