Where are the sizing details?

Regarding the crystal Points and Propagation Stations please see the Item Description for size and measurements. I will not be able to refund or compensate buyers who are disappointed or unhappy with size because the dimensions are always given for each Crystal Point to the mm. Thanks so much

Do you refund 100% for returns?

If returns reach me in perfect condition then yes. I do have to deduct the postage costs I paid (economy delivery normally) which I will make you aware of when you enquire about returns.

Is free UK delivery tracked?

Orders under £50 are generally not tracked - mostly 'free UK delivery' means economy (2nd) class. However - if you want to upgrade there are options at check out. As smaller items are not tracked, I can't take responsibility if there are delays with Royal Mail. If the delays exceed 14 days, I will work with you to make sure you get the item you bought, but can't provide refunds unless there is proof an order is damaged and/or it is returned to me. Thanks for your understanding on this.

I cannot accurately describe how vibrant and unique this crystal is! I am very drawn to green-ish, earthy crystals, so I’ve had my eye on this for a while now. It fits so well in my collection!
