Custom and personalized orders

Listings that include customization or personalization options will require additional information obtained through Etsy Conversations/Messages and final approval before production begins. Please be sure to check your messages shortly after placing an order, as I try to respond ASAP to minimize any delays, as well as throughout the design and approval process. Once custom orders are approved, a final message will be sent when the order is shipped.

Each listing states the time necessary to make the order prior to shipping, which varies by listing and is stated as "Ready to ship in" - this is different from the time allotted for shipping/delivery. As soon as your order is ready to ship, a notification email is sent. Shipping time varies based on the method selected during checkout. However, once a package leaves my possession and is sent out for shipping with the selected carrier, I am not responsible for delays, complications, or fees/tariffs that may arise. Therefore, I am unable to guarantee delivery dates. (Please know I take precautions with shipping practices to ensure as timely of a delivery as possible on my end.)
