What happens if I need to Return/cancel my order?

We offer cancellations on non-personalized orders within 24 hours. If after 24 hours, we charge a 20% cancellation fee. We do not offer cancellations for customized/personalized orders if it has already been completed or after 12 hours, whichever comes first.
