Alternately as a home remedy to clean very expensive clothes, you can keep a bottle of white petrol which can be bought from a chemist shop. Take cotton, dip into it and wipe it on the inside of the garment underarms and nape of neck. This will help in removing the sweat smell and keep it clean.

Colour Visibility & Choice

We try to show you the exact colours to the original as possible without using any filters. However, due to different screen calibrations and photography, colours may vary slightly from the picture. In case there are multiple colour options in a product, kindly specify the colour of your choice in the purchase note or through etsy convo. If we do not get colour confirmation, we will go ahead using the first picture shown in the listing as the ordered shade

Unstitched or Stitched - Difference

Unstitched means you will get the product in form of fabric. Stitched means you will get the product custom made to your size and in case the garment needs to be lined, it will be done by us. Semi stitched means the product is partly cut in shape but it needs to be tailored. In case of lehenga choli, the skirt will be in shape of an umbrella but the waist and the sides need to be tailored to fit. Blouse will be running fabric. If it is an Anarkali set, the body part is attached on waist level but the rest of the garment is unstitched. At times, a neckline would be embroidered so the measurements will be set for that neck style shape.

For lehenga choli we need following measurements : length of choli, shoulder, sleeve length, bust, waist, hip, skirt length and lower waist, front neck depth, back neck depth, arm circumference For gown we need following measurements : length of gown, shoulder, sleeve length, sleeve round, bust, waist, hip, front neck depth, back neck depth, arm circumference Kindly note all measurements to be taken in inches. It is suggested not to add extra inches to bust waist and hip size as we will add them accordingly to make it fit to your body shape. Nevertheless, you may inform us if you prefer wearing it in body fit, medium fit or loose fit.

Stitching charges range from 100-500$ The tailoring charges include Main Fabrics,lining fabric, hand work or machine work, Kindly note this is an approximate chart and there is a tendency to vary according to the requirement of customisation.

Return policy for dresses

In case, the buyer wants to return a product on basis of wrong measurements and it is found to be correct, it cannot be accepted as the measurements are followed according to the measurement chart sent. The product will be returned to the buyer on receiving back the parcel. The shipping charge will have to be borne by the buyer only then product will be sent back.

Cancellation of products are not accepted. In case the buyer insists on cancelling the order that was placed before it reaches them, we will consider allowing the buyer to choose another product in exchange (Within 3 days) only once. The product selected in exchange cannot be further returned or exchanged. If buyer does not agree to this, only partial refund will be done. For each product that gets cancelled, a processing fee of 10$ will be charged apart from the deductions made by the vendors (Etsy & PayPal)
