ORDERING
-If you're ordering multiple pens, only add one pen at a time to your cart. This will help you and me keep track of exactly what you want and how you want each pen made without any confusion. If you are purchasing a bulk order and have messaged me, this doesn't apply to you.
-DOUBLE CHECK details before ordering!! After you submit your order, I will NOT be making changes. I will copy and paste the name to prevent any spelling mistakes on my end.
-No 2 pens are alike. I try my best to make them as perfect as possible, but they are handmade. There can be slight imperfections.
-If you choose a chunky glitter, the pen will be thicker. This is because I need to use more resin to make sure your pen is smooth.
-If a font isn't chosen, "HASHED" will be used.
-If a font/vinyl color isn't chosen for the text or add-ons, I will choose black or white. Whichever I think looks best with the glitter you chose.
-Please specify whether the pen is for someone left-handed or right-handed. If not specified, I will assume right-handed.
SHIPPING & POLICIES
-Processing time for this listing is 7-10 business days. This does not include the time it takes to ship to you. Your order may not take that long to make. They will ship as soon as possible.
-I am not responsible for the packages once dropped off at the post office. If you receive your package and it's damaged, or you never receive your package due to it being lost or stolen, you can file a claim with USPS.
-These pens are custom! I do not accept refunds or exchanges once your order is placed. When you order, I immediately start working on your pen.

Bought 3 different Pens for gifts and everyone absolutely loved them. Will definitely be ordering more
Shipping is my only complaint but I think it was just bad timing due to the holidays. It was to no fault of the seller and Bre was helpful.
This was one of my items in the order I had placed and shipping took longer than anticipated. The pen is very pretty and it still made for a great gift even though I received it just after Christmas. Bre was as helpful as she could be in finding out why my order wasn’t ever updated by the post office.
Shipping was my only complaint and that’s because I was hoping to have my order by Christmas. It wasn’t due to sellers fault but just bad timing due to the holidays. It turned out to be very pretty! Bre was helpful.
