⁜⁜⁜⁜ About the Cards ⁜⁜⁜⁜

❤️Digitally printed on heavyweight card or cover stock. Digitally printed with high quality inks.
❤️Linen Cards are textured on the outside only and are 60lb card weight
❤️Matte Cards are completely matte with no sheen and 88lb card weight
❤️Glossy Cards are glossy on the outside, 96lb card weight and completely matte on the inside for easy personalization with ink of your choosing.

⁜⁜⁜⁜ Personalization ⁜⁜⁜⁜

❤️Include the message you would like your cards personalized with in the personalization field and ensure that all spelling, punctuation and capitalization is exactly as you would like it on the card. If your card is left without your signature (i.e. Love, Mom) or name is left uncapitalized, that is how it will appear on the final product.
❤️Please note that Colors may vary slightly as each device interprets colors differently.
❤️If you are having your card delivered directly to the recipient, please make sure to leave a note in the personalization field so that your card is not delivered how we normally package them for retail purchase.

❤️Select Either Kraft Brown or White envelope in the personalization field. If no option is selected, Kraft Brown will be sent.


⁜⁜⁜⁜ Proof Requests ⁜⁜⁜⁜

Please note that a request for a proof is not included in the cost of the listing, as we have a high order volume and these requests cause delays to shipping timelines. If you would like a proof, please message me before placing your order for pricing and an estimated timeline.


⁜⁜⁜⁜ Shipping and Processing Times ⁜⁜⁜⁜

❤️Small card quantities are packed in individual cellophane package and wrapped in tissue paper for extra cushion during mailing. Larger quantities are packaged in card boxes with a clear lid and wrapped in tissue paper.
❤️The individual processing times vary per listing and current order volume. Please refer to the shipping tab on each listing to confirm when to expect your item.
❤️Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include any bank holidays. This is the processing time and does not include the time it takes for the item to be delivered by the postal service.
❤️Shipping times can be selected at checkout as follows: First Class (1-3 business days - not guaranteed) Priority Mail (1-3 business days), Express Mail (1-2 business days)
❤️I can rush your order when able for an additional fee. Please send me a message prior to purchasing if you need the tumbler by a specific date.
❤️Please take into consideration both the processing and shipping times when calculating when you will receive your item.

⁜⁜⁜⁜ Policies ⁜⁜⁜⁜

❤️Please note that delays by USPS are outside of my hands. I will consider an item *lost* if there has been no movement for 2 weeks. At that time, I will file a claim with USPS for the missing package and send you a new item.

❤️If your item is damaged by USPS, you must contact me within 48 hours of package delivery date. I require photos of both the packaging and the damage to the item in order to replace the item. Please note that once it is outside of 48 hours and if the required photos are not sent, I can not replace your item.

❤️We do not accept returns on personalized merchandise. Please confirm the spelling, capitalization and punctuation prior to submitting your order as we can not be responsible for incorrect spelling if we make it as specified. Digital items may not be returned or exchanged.

❤️By submitting images to Magnolia Ember LLC, you declare that you are the copyright holder and sole owner or that you have been given permission by the copyright holder to duplicate the image or work of art that you would like reproduced on this product. This applies to the design created from the image you sent, not the image you sent itself: Any design that is created is the property of Magnolia Ember LLC and we reserve all rights to the image.
