Coconut Rock Cakes/Rock Buns, Raisin Rock Cakes, Cherry Rock Cakes

Rock cakes also known as rock buns originated in the United Kingdom. They are small cakes with a rock-like surface hence the name. Our favorite rock buns can have raisins and coconut, bringing back our childhood spent in Ghana. You can specify what fillings you want, raisins, coconut, cherries? They make a great snack, dessert or breakfast treat.

PROCESS
Your order will be made to order with high quality ingredients. We care about quality, taste and consistency.
These can be stored and enjoyed at room temperature. You will receive warming instructions with your order.

QUANTITY
Medium Rock Cakes: you will receive 12 rock buns approximately 2 inches wide and 1 inch high as shown in the video.
Large Rock Cakes: you will receive 12 rock buns about twice the size/weight of the medium rock cakes.

GIFT PACKAGING
We will add a personalized note if you indicate that this is a gift.

SHIPPING
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders placed on Wednesday after 12 noon and Thursday through Sunday will be mailed out on Monday.

ALLERGENS
This product is made in a facility that uses nuts and contains the following allergens: wheat, milk, eggs.
