My order never arrived, what can be done?

If your order includes tracking and was marked delivered but you never received it, please check in with your local postal service and they might be able to help you find it. If you still cannot find it please contact us and we can look into it further! If it has not been marked delivered, it means that USPS is still in possession of the package and they may be experiencing delays. If your order does not have tracking, please wait at least 14 days after estimated shipping time to see if it turns up. If it doesn't, feel free to contact us and we can look into it and see about replacing the missing order.

I gave you the wrong/incorrect mailing address, but the order has already shipped.

If you inform us if an incorrect address after the order has been shipped out, there is nothing I can do, you will have to place a new order under the correct address if you still wish to receive the product(s). If the original order gets returned to us, we can refund the items excluding shipping costs. If you contact us before the order is shipped, we can cancel/refund your order and you can place the order again under the correct shipping credentials. Please ensure you put in the correct address upon placing your order, if there happens to be a mistake please contact us ASAP as we sometimes mail orders out same-day.

The item I received was damaged/defective.

If you received a damaged/defective product please let us know right away! We can work out a replacement/refund with you as long as you provide image proof of damage/inconsistencies. Sometimes things slip through the cracks and we might accidentally send off a product that isn't the quality we want to deliver, or something can get damaged in the shipping process. Regardless of the situation, we very much want to help you get a top quality product.

I am missing an item in my order/I received the wrong item.

If an item that is on the invoice/order you placed is missing from your package, we will replace the item. Please contact us with a picture of your package and we can either refund the item or send another package with the item. The item that is missing must be on the original invoice. If you received a different item in place of an item that you ordered, we can send the correct item free of charge. Again, the item that you were meant to receive must be on the invoice for us to send a replacement. You do not have to return the incorrect item in this instance. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you meant to order.

Perfect sticker! Beautiful printing, very glossy. Got a bit scared because when I put it on my 3ds. I forgot to smooth out an air bubble, but peeling it off was smooth and left no visible marks on the sticker! Will definitely buy again :)
