How long will it take for my slime to arrive?

I try to send my orders out within a week or less of them coming through, time depends on how many orders i have and weather there are postal strikes, but i work as quickly as possible so that nobody is waiting too long for their order :)

No, all slime sales are final, however if you have any issues with your order please don't hesitate to message me and we can sort out a solution together :)

What does my order come with?

All orders come with a free packet of borax powder to dilute yourself, a care sheet and sweets. Larger orders (3 slimes or more) come with free sample slimes, random extras and of course the more you order the more free slime you get!

Can i film my slime order on social media?

Of course you can! I'd be so happy to see reviews, and hope that you LOVE your orders, please tag me so others can see :)

Do i do custom orders?

Yes! If you drop me a message i can do custom orders, bundles and even mystery boxes!

I sell slimes in various sizes : 5oz Deli Top (Clip on lids with tamper evident seal) 5oz Screw Top (Pots with either clear or white screw lids) 7oz Crystal Clear Pots (Super clear with white screw top lids) 8oz Screw Top (Large pots with either clear or white screw lids)

I ask if you have any allergies, sensitive skin etc to please message me first for a list of ingredients, food colouring & scent may contain nuts!

How important is feedback?

Very! For a small business it's super important, I ask if anyone has any problems atall to please message me before leaving any kind of feedback just so I can resolve any issues you may have experienced, negative feedback is super super damaging for a small shop and very anxiety provoking as I ALWAYS want to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with their purchase! BATH TIME is a super crunchy bingsu slime with an Icee topping to mix in to look like a nice frothy bath tub :) comes with a cute duck to finish it off!

DISCLAIMER-

Please be aware that ALL slimes melt, especially cleared based slimes, so please be sure to have your activator mixture ready BEFORE you play with your slime.

Do the 'one finger test' before removing it from the pot, if it sticks to you it will need to be activated :)

In warmer months I will over-activate all of my slimes to try and combat the hot weather and constant temperature changes in transit.

This doesn't not guarantee that the slime will not arrive sticky, unfortunately there is no way to stop it melting as heat and glue are not a good mix!

If you have hot hands, slime is going to melt so please just have your borax mixture prepared and you're ready to play!

Clear based slimes are not for beginners, white based and cloud slimes are more of a good starting point as they are much easier to handle!

I cannot control what happens when the slime leaves my possession, I can only promise that I send out the slime as perfect as possible & spend hours making sure each order is of great quality.
