All transactions are final. All orders are custom, handmade to order at the time of purchase. We make our items measurement end to end including the clasp. We allow a .25" variance. Late or lost shipments

Once an order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, damage during transit, or customs processing issues. If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the package, contact your local post office or carrier immediately.
