Highlights
6.5 x 9.5 hardcover two - volume set, no dust jackets. " My Experiences In The World War " by John Pershing ( Frederick Stokes , New York, 1931 ). Stated First Edition. Good used edition. Show signs of wear : boards have marks, rubbing, bumps. Paper, text and end pages, are age yellowed. Owners name written across front cover page ( dated May 1931 ). Another owner's name in ink upper left front end page . Volume 2 pages 288 /289 cracked to gauze, and foxing / yellowish blobs on both pages - but readable. ( last picture ) soiled / darkened spines. Mostly the pages are clean and readable. The spine cloth is beginning to lift. Included two tissue covered frontispieces and a fold -out map.
