Why I cannot cancel or return my orders?

Some of our items are large and shipping can be costly. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re always happy to help. In certain cases, order cancellations may be accepted; however, the customer is responsible for all shipping and restocking fees.

How does freight shipping work?

Basic Shipping Included Delivery is included when shipping to a business with a loading dock or forklift available to unload the shipment. No Dock or Forklift? No problem — we can ship to your nearest freight terminal for convenient pickup. Additional Services Any extra services (such as residential delivery, liftgate service, inside delivery, appointment delivery, limited access, or custom delivery windows) are the customer’s responsibility and will incur additional fees. Residential Deliveries with no extra fee We can deliver directly to residential addresses in California, Las Vegas, and Phoenix (with some exclusions). Please contact us for more details.

Some States dont qualify for free shipping!

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded from the free basic shipping package. Before placing your order, please contact us as there are additional expenses.

Damage during freight shipping! Unfortunately damage can happen during transit, what to do?

Important: Inspect Your Shipment Upon Delivery Sometimes items can be damaged during transportation. Before signing the delivery receipt: 1. Unwrap and inspect the item carefully. 2. If there is any damage, write all details on the delivery form before signing and take clear photos. 3. You may either accept or reject the shipment: o If you keep it: Send the photos and a copy of the delivery form to us. will open a claim, and you will be compensated for the value of the damage. o If you reject it: We will resend the item (if in stock) or issue a full refund. ⚠️ Important: If damages are not noted on the delivery document before signing, we cannot guarantee compensation for damaged or missing items.

Damage During Shipping (Non-Palletized Items)

Unfortunately shipping damage can occasionally occur. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP within 1 day of delivery. Be sure to retain all original packaging exactly as received, including boxes, packing materials, and shipping labels. We will require clear photos of the damaged item and all packaging, including the shipping label, in order to file a claim with the carrier. If this information is not provided, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to successfully resolve the claim.
