Yes, each hat is handcrafted in our workshop. We pay particular attention to details to ensure unique and high-quality creations. We favor traditional millinery techniques to combine elegance and durability.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, with pleasure! Our physical store is located at 34 rue Pasteur, 71100 Chalon-sur-Saône. You can discover our creations, try on the available models, and chat directly with us for your custom orders.

How to choose the right hat size?

To know your size, measure the circumference of your head with a tape measure: Place it just on your forehead and above the ears. Compare your measurement to our size guide, available in each product sheet. If you hesitate between two sizes, opt for the larger one or contact us for advice.

How do I take care of my hat?

Here are some tips to extend the life of your hat: Cleaning: Use a soft brush or dry cloth. Avoid chemicals. Storage: Keep it in a hat box or away from direct light to avoid manufacturing. Protect it from water: Except for waterproof models, avoid prolonged exposure to humidity.

Can I return or exchange a hat?

Non-personalized items: return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Personalized items: they are neither returned nor exchanged except in the event of a proven defect. Contact us to arrange a return or report a problem.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. International customers should however check for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country, which are not included in the price of our products.

How long does it take to make a hat?

The lead time depends on the model and the customizations requested: Standard models: 3 to 5 business days. Custom hats: 7 to 14 business days. In case of urgent need, contact us to see if an expedited delivery is possible.
