Do you make symmetrical light brackets?

Yes! We often have requests for lights with a left and right hand bend to go either side of a bed or fireplace. Just add a note to your order saying you would like the two lights to be symmetrical and we will do this for you.

Can you make the mirror larger / smaller?

Currently, 50cm/20" diameter is the only size we can make the mirror to. This is due to how long our steam box is and the length of the local timber. Do drop us a message to show your interest for a different size mirror. If we get enough requests we will look into making one!

Do your lights work in the US?

If you order a plug in light and the shipping address is USA, we will automatically have a US plug fitted for you. Hardwired to mains lights and plug in versions will work fine with the different voltage.

Are your coat hooks sturdy?

Our hooks will take a huge weight. For heavier items like a full bag, please ensure you hook the strap right over, so that it is against the wall to prevent unnecessary pressure on the end of the hook. All hooks are delivered with wall plugs and screws to firmly secure into the wall.

Do you make different size hooks?

We can, but not overnight! We are currently working on a smaller, key hook which should be available soon. The development process is time consuming and we are not able to offer custom orders for different size hooks.

Are the bulbs you supply dimmable?

Yes, both the filament and LED bulbs will work with a dimmer switch. If you require your plug in lights to be dimmed, we can replace the on/off switch with a dimmer switch. Please contact us before placing an order.

Can your hooks be used in my bathroom?

We use Rubio Monocoat oils on all of our products they are 100% plant based and contain 0% VOCs so are very unlikely to provoke an allergic reaction. This makes the finish tough and suitable for bathroom use.

We only use FSC certified local English Oak to make our bird feeders. The wooden Oak surround is treated for outdoor use with an eco-friendly and pet friendly oil. The bespoke stainless steel feeder tray is designed with perforated seams to allow rain water to drain away, keeping the bird seed dry.

*Please note the bird feeder now comes with a new improved stainless steel cap in replace of the plastic one photographed

The bird feeder can easily cleaned with pet friendly soap and warm water annually or as needed.
