RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY

All of our cases and straps are made to order and carefully checked before shipping. Because of this, we can only accept returns if there is a manufacturing defect (for example, a printing error or receiving the wrong model). Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your item if there is an issue. After this period, we’re unable to process returns or replacements. Normal wear and tear - including fading, scratches, chips, cracks, or other damage resulting from accidental drops or everyday use - is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not eligible for a return or replacement. While our cases are designed to offer protection, we are unfortunately unable to accept responsibility for damage to your device.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY CASE IF I ORDER THE INCORRECT MODEL?

No. Each item is custom-made just for you, based on the design you choose, your phone model, case type, and finish. Because of this, we don’t resell returned items, the chances of someone wanting the exact same combination (out of over 500 designs, 70 models, plus finish options like gloss or matte) are extremely low. We appreciate your understanding! 😊

In compliance with both Etsy and General Data protection Regulation (GDPR) which is an EU regulation I confirm: your information will not be shared, used for marketing ect and I will only contact you regarding your order or in response to any questions. I do not have access to your bank details and I will only contact you via Etsy. Your email address will only be used for dispatching orders and updating you with regards to them

CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

All phone cases are made and printed to order and move into production after 6 hours. After this I can not change or cancel an order.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS

All custom and personalized orders are custom made. Please check you have ordered the correct phone model. Custom or personalised orders CAN NOT be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

All of our cases are custom made to order, based on your selected design, phone model, and finish. As personalised items, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. If there is a fault with your order, however, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
