Custom and personalized orders

Most of my items are created ahead of time, to make processing and shipping orders as quick and timely as possible. This means that most of the time, I cannot personalize or customize items (especially for engraved items). I tend not to take on custom engraving orders, due to time restrictions and the effort involved for set-up and execution of single pieces. However, when it comes to changing chains, components, or gift wrapping, I am happy to assist! Just contact me, and I will do what I can to accommodate your request.

Most of my items will state sizing information in the description details. If that information is not present in the listing, please let me know ASAP. If you need a size that I don't have listed, contact me! Jewelry can fit differently on everyone. For a super-quick way to figure out the perfect sizes for you, measure a piece of jewelry that you currently have that fits you well. If you need more help with figuring out your sizing info, feel free to contact me!

As with any product, the life span of your handmade fashion jewelry will depend on the care you give it. This means that good maintenance and upkeep will assure that it's beauty will last! The following tips will help prevent damage or accelerated wear to all jewelry items I sell: 1. Do not submerge item in water (ex: bathing or swimming). 2. Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Never use any cleaning solutions. 3. Remove jewelry prior to working out and sleeping. 4. Avoid prolonged direct heat or sunlight to jewelry (ie: the car dash). 5. Carefully store your jewelry, and avoid tangling when possible. 6. Apply perfume, lotions, or oils before putting on jewelry. 7. Avoid using rubbing alcohol on jewelry that has plated metal parts.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I can gift wrap just about any jewelry item I sell (at additional cost). Just ask!

Is your jewelry Nickel, Cadmium, and Lead Free?

All my jewelry is 100% Cadmium and Lead free! Some of my jewelry is Nickel free. My Stainless Steel items are the most hypo-allergenic out of what I sell. Some of my other jewelry is made of Zinc Alloy Base Metals that contains copper (approx 60%), zinc (approx 30%), tin (approx 10%). Although the metal does not contain Nickel, occasionally plated jewelry has trace amounts of Nickel, because Nickel is often used as an undercoat for plated jewelry. Therefore, I cannot guarantee 100% Nickel Free for all of my items. If you are allergic to Nickel and require verification about any of my items, just ask!

Are any Coupon Codes or Discounts available?

Currently, there are not any coupon codes. However, there is a FREE SHIPPING promotion for orders $35+ shipping to the US. Coupon codes cannot be combined. Limit one coupon per person, per day. Coupons cannot be applied to orders that include "Clearance" items. If using the free shipping code or promotion with the a "Priority" shipping option, it will be sent via First Class instead. For shipping adjustments of multi item orders, or discounts for bulk orders, please feel free to contact me.

Oh no, I used the the wrong shipping address! What can we do?

If the order has not shipped yet, you are in luck! Most of the time I can change the address before it ships, just provide me with the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply, depending on the order and the shipping location. If the order has already shipped, I will need to wait for the item to return back to me before I can offer any additional assistance. Once I have the package back, I can offer a refund (minus the shipping costs), or reship the item. If you choose to have the item reshipped, you will be required to cover the shipping costs of that reshipment. If the order has a status of "delivered" and is not returned, I am unable to assist. I cannot be held responsible for stolen packages.

Do you accept returns?

I do! The return terms and instructions may vary from item to item, so please see the listing for details. When an item is returned, it will need to be returned in original condition unless it is agreed upon prior to the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping method and cost. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
