My fiancé loves his bag! I love the quality and that the color matched the pictures. Sadly the shipping was a bit delayed due to usps having trouble on their end, but the seller was very helpful in making sure I received as many updates as I could. Would definitely buy from them again soon.

Customer service is great. Very quick to respond when there is an issue. The shipping had a bit of a mishap and the tracking wasn’t updating. Seller was ready to make a new embroidered bag and send out, but my bad arrived a few days late. Bag is nice. I use is everyday and it has held up nicely. Would recommend.
