𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭, sign in to Etsy on a web browser (𝐧𝐨𝐭 the Etsy app) and go to "Your account.” 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭, select "Purchases and reviews." 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, click on "Download Files" next to the order. If you don’t see a download button, click on the tiny grey arrow at the right of the order to disclose it. You will then be directed to the downloads page. 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 - If your payment is still being processed, the Download Files button will be greyed out. It's essential to save the files to your device immediately after purchase, because designs may be deleted from the seller's cloud storage within 12 months to make room for new designs.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that you received after purchase. Check your spam or junk folder if you can't see the emailed receipt from Etsy. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If you can't locate the email, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or protected list can help you find future emails.

Nope. If prompted to sign-in or sign-up, click "continue to website." We recommend downloading files directly to your personal computer or personal device. To download high-resolution files, open the individual file and click on the download button. Do not right-click and save the image shown on your screen as it only saves a low-resolution preview image. Download each file that you need individually and don't download entire folders unless you're familiar with extracting compressed zip files. Also, DO NOT right-click on the preview image you see, as this will save only a low-resolution preview. If you paid via Apple Pay or logged in through an Apple ID and cannot locate your order, or you did not receive the emailed Etsy receipt, when signing into Etsy through the app, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email," which creates a unique, random email address to use with apps, websites, etc., to keep your personal email private. In turn, you will not receive the Etsy email receipt with the link to download your files. Instead, it will have been sent to the randomly created email address.
