You can put them anywhere, I recommend not in direct sunlight because the paints and wax might not react well to the warmth and the sunlight itself. So keep them a bit out of the sun but in a nice place like a bookshelf! Also they are NOT drinkable. They are NON Toxic, but definitely not drinkable.

Custom and personalised orders

At this time, we only accept custom orders for our potion bottles and digital labels — unfortunately, we don't offer custom options for our 3D-printed products. That said, small tweaks to existing designs are often possible, so feel free to reach out! For our potion bottles, the starting price for a fully custom design is around €45–€50. This reflects the time needed to design a new label and source specific materials just for your order.

Most of potions vary between 8 to 20 centimeters. Some potions might be a bit taller or smaller because of the cork. The size is always specified on the product page. If you have questions about the size, ask away! Digital products will be delivered with a PDF and a PNG with different sizing. If you have any wishes about the placement of the product on the PDF just let me know!

How do you make these potions?

I design the labels myself. I then print them out on sticker paper and stick them on the bottles. Some bottles have chains and some have a rope design. So the design process is different with each bottle. The ingredients within the bottles are of course secret, but it surely involves a bit of magic. Do they really change colour?

YES, yes they do!! The bottle will be changing colour when you shake them up! Don't be afraid to give them a good shake. Tilt them a bit upside down to change them faster! If a bottle stands still for at least 4/5 minutes it will change back to its first colour.

Where do you ship to? And how do import duties / Tarrifs work?

Currently I'm shipping Worldwide, if you miss your country, let me know! Tarrifs and additional cost like import duties, are not included in the price. These costs will be calculated and have to paid by the receiver (customer).

What to do when something arrives broken? ( I am really sorry if that happened to you!)

First of all, take pictures! Take pictures of the box, the products, the inside and outside of the box, the label on top of the box, the product packaged and unpackaged. Then contact me, send me the pictures and I will make sure your products will be sent again or refunded (depends on the stock). If I don't get enough pictures I can't file a damage claim so please make as many pictures as possible. When you are from outside of the EU I will have to ask you to contact your local postal service and ask them to file a damage claim. I need this damage claim to finish up the claim. The insurance won't help much if they don't get this claim. I am sorry to ask that of you. After that everything will be fine and I will be in close contact!

How are they packaged?

They are packaged in a sturdy 20x15x25cm double corrugated cardboard box. Or if it's a smaller order in a 15x15x12cm box with single corrugated cardboard. They are carefully wrapped in Bubble plastic / hex cardboard and closed with tape. They are also wrapped in black paper. The box is filled with recyclable material, which can vary between green foam pieces that dissolve in water and white foam pieces that are made of recycled plastic and can be recycled again. All these materials come from a specialized packaging webshop to make sure that your items arrive safely. Unfortunately, they are not a Horcrux and can be destroyed in the process if something went wrong. If that's the case please contact me!

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers (including Etsy shops) selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap). The Flaming Feather is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR). Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is Activate by Reclay. Please recycle my packaging where possible - thank you!

Can you paint the 3D printed items

Yes! You can definitely paint them, make sure to order a matte colour and not a special or shiny colour. You can prime them first with a thin layer of paint primer or mod-podge. And just paint them with acrylic or miniature paints!
