The only products we cannot accept returns on are custom or personalized orders, perishable products (like food or flowers), digital downloads, body jewelry/intimate items, and items on sale. We do accept custom/personalized orders on most digital items, faux leather, and planar resins. If you are needing something customized, please contact us before purchasing.
We offer 2 revisions for free on digital products. After the second revision, you must purchase any further revisions for $2 - $5 through the appropriate listing.
For custom faux leather sheets or planar resins, we require a high-quality PNG or JPG image of the design you'd like. We do not create the designs for you.

1. Extract the SVG from your zipped download (double click on a Mac or right click and select Extract All on a PC) and save it in a convenient location.

2. Open Cricut Design Space and select the blue “Create New Project” button or click File > New.

3. Click the Upload Images button on the left vertical panel.

4. Click the blue Upload Image button on the next screen.

5. Click the blue Browse button and select the SVG file you have saved.

1. Check which version of Studio you have. If you have the free version that came with your machine, this is the Basic Edition and you must use the DXF files. If you have paid to upgrade, you have the Designer Edition and you must use the SVG files.

2. Open Silhouette Studio and select File > Import > Import to Library from the top menu.

3. Navigate to the location where you saved your files and select the file.

4. Your Library will open and Studio will automatically place the file in your My Own Designs folder.

5. Open the file by double clicking the thumbnail image in your Library. To access the file in the future, select File > Library from the top menu bar. You will see the file in your My Own Designs folder.

USPS raised their shipping prices as of January 2023, and have changed them from going by just weight to weight and specific zones. This means that the further you are from our location (Indiana, USA) the higher the shipping cost will be. For First Class Mail (standard shipping), the difference is only about $0.35 - $1.50 depending on where you're located and the weight of your order. Priority Mail is still a flat rate no matter how much the package weighs, but those prices have increased as well.

Please note that some of our items are currently available on pre-order. This information can be found within each item's description and one of the product photos. Shipping/processing times are also located in product descriptions, during checkout, and in our policies. We are not able to cancel or refund orders due to processing time. If you are needing something sooner, please contact us and we can get you set up with a 'Rush Order'. Cancellation requests are subject to a 20% restocking fee for U.S. orders.

If you noticed the mistake right away, please send us a message. We may be able to change the address before your order is shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, there's nothing we can do on our end to forward the package or get it sent back to us. We kindly ask that you accept the responsibility of entering an incorrect address and re-purchase the item(s) using the correct details. Should the original order make it's way back to us, we can then refund you the cost of the item(s) minus shipping. However, we cannot guarantee that the package will be marked as 'return to sender'.
