When do you ship out orders?

Orders are typically shipped out once a week on Sundays at 12PM PST. I may ship out orders earlier if I'm passing by my shipping carrier that day. The exact ship date can be found on my Etsy storefront, under the announcement.

When is your next restock?

I try to do restocks around every 2 months. I'll sometimes do them earlier if something sells out or sells much faster than I anticipated. The next restock date can be found on my Etsy storefront, under the announcement.

Can you combine my orders into one shipment?

Yes! If you've placed multiple orders before my ship date: I will automatically combine them into one shipment and refund you for the shipping overages, but only if those orders are all going to the same address. If you'd like the orders to be shipped separately, please leave a note in your order or message me!

Do you provide tracking numbers / information for orders?

All US & International-bound orders containing a non-flat item (eg. charm, standee) include tracking in the shipping fee. All Canadian orders containing a thicker specialty item (eg. standee) include tracking in the shipping fee. All orders totaling CAD$30 or more will have tracking added for free to their order! All other types of orders (eg. orders that ONLY contain flat items like stickers & Canadian orders with keychains / charms) do not include tracking. These are instead shipped via untracked lettermail or only have partial tracking service included (ie. tracking updates are provided until your order is passed to your country's postal service). This is done to keep shipping costs low, especially for low-cost flat items like stickers.

Do you ship to the US?

Yes, I am able to ship to the US! All orders are shipped via "delivered duty paid" / DDP, meaning that any applicable duties, tariffs, and other fees are paid for in advance and you will not be required to pay anything upon the delivery of your order. Please note that packages are experiencing delays crossing the border due to the US tariffs & increased processing time to handle tariff payments. As a result, it may take an extra 2-5 business days for packages to cross the border into the US.

Help! My order arrived damaged / something is missing / I wrote my address wrong / etc.

For your "PICK # CHARACTERS / DESIGNS" option, can I mix & match characters / designs from different listings?

Yes, that's totally okay! Please make sure you only select designs from listings that share the same price (eg. you can mix and match designs from the different "phone charm" listings, but please don't select one design from the "phone charm" listing and one design from the "acrylic charm" listings). As well, please make sure to specify which listing the design comes from (eg. "Bronya" from HSR or HI3). I will message you if there are issues with the characters / designs you selected.

Can I request a different phone charm strap colour for my phone charm(s)?

Yes! Please leave a note in your order or message me about the phone charm strap colours you'd like for your phone charm(s). This service is completely free of charge. Please note that I may not have a specific colour you're looking for, so I may ask you to substitute it for a colour I own.

Do you have another online store?

No! My merch is currently only available online through Etsy. I do not sell my merch elsewhere online (specifically, I do not have a TikTok shop). If you see my merch elsewhere online, please let me know about it!
