How do I care for and clean my copper pendant?

The copper pendants are inlaid with a waterproof adhesive and created with durability in mind. The bezel itself is solid copper, and will darken/tarnish over time. The tarnish gives the pendant a soft, warm, worn look. Most customers prefer the darker, more rustic look of the tarnish; however, the copper can be cleaned to remove the tarnish and restore its original shine by using a small amount of lemon/salt, or a commercial copper cleaner such as Penny Bright. Use a small cloth or Q-tip and avoid the front surface of the mosaic when doing this. Be sure to thoroughly dry the pendant with a soft cloth...do not air dry. The mosaic surface itself can be cleaned with a very soft brush or a slightly damp, lint free cloth.

How heavy is the mosaic wall art?

The mosaics are much lighter than traditional mosaics, and come with attached hanging hardware. The underlying substrate of each mosaic is made from an extremely lightweight, waterproof building material. Most of the small mosaics (4x4, 3x9) weigh 1 lb or less on average.
