How do I download my digital file?

After Etsy receives your order confirmation, your Digital Files will be available to download here: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes. Etsy also sends you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal. You can also use the drop down menu at the top right corner of Etsy and click on your Etsy Profile and then click on Purchases and Reviews in the drop down menu. I accidentally deleted my files! Help?

Not to worry. If you accidentally deleted your files or are unable to download them, please contact me on Etsy via Etsy Conversation or via email at forahprints@gmail.com with your Etsy Order No and I will send your files via email. Your purchased files will be available to you indefinitely.

How do I open the zipped files that I have just downloaded?

To unzip the files first: 1. Locate the zipped folder that you have just downloaded from your download folder. 2. To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions provided. If you encounter any problems, please contact me at forahprints@gmail.com and I'll be happy to help.

When printing at home ensure to use the correct size paper and change your printer settings to accommodate the file size that you are printing. Or click on the "fit to size" button before you print as the file sizes provided are very big.
