My charm was broken when I recieved it.. What do I do?

I'm so sorry you recieved a broken charm ): I send my charms out the way it is shown in the picture and in extra bubble wrap to prevent this from happening. However, mail carriers are very careless at times. Just contact me and I will send you another (:

What if my address is wrong and you sent it out?

I am sorry but I am not responsible for a wrong address being written. You will have 12 hours to correct it by sending me a message. I normally like to ship the next day of an order being placed. Once it is sent out and you haven't corrected it, I am not responsible or liable.
