Many of my dresses are available both in standard size(s) or as "made-to-measure", others only as "made-to-measure". The "standard size/ready to ship" dresses comes either as one size (made to fit sizes between 2-12 US/32-42 EU) or in specified sizes (M/L). In each listing you will find more information of the size options available for the specific model. The dresses "made to measure" are made after your personal measurements. For these dresses we will need you to add your following measurements as a note when placing your order: - Chest (fullest part of bust) - Under chest (empire waist) - Waist - Hips - Choice of length (actual skirt length of dress, measured from empire waist/waist to hem, with the shoes you'll wear)

Can I return the dress if I don't like it?

If your item is a standard size / ready-to-ship piece, you are welcome to return it if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@mimetikbcn.com We recommend using a tracked courier service for the return. Please note that we do not accept returns for made-to-measure or personalized items, as well as shawls and bandanas. For more details, we kindly invite you to review our Returns & Exchanges policy.

I want to order dresses for my bridesmaids, is there anything specific to think of?

Whether it´s our standard sized dresses, made to measure or a mixed order we are happy to help you to get the perfect look for your big day. If ordered separately, please let us know beforehand that the dresses are for the same occasion and how many you will need, so that we can make sure they are made from the same dye-lot (as the color of the fabric might vary slightly).

Our dresses can be hand washed using a standard detergent. Hang to dry. Do not iron. The dresses can also be dry cleaned. Dry cleaning is recomended for all wedding dresses.
