This invoice is perfect for small business owners looking to organize or scale business. It is user friendly and completely editable to your liking and needs. You will need to use the free Adobe Acrobat site to edit the PDF. Once the document has been loaded on the site, you will need to double click on the area you would like to edit. The option edit format will open a column of modification choices on the left-hand side.

For quick edits, I recommend using Adobe Acrobat. For detailed edits, I recommend converting the PDF to .xlsx format, a Microsoft Excel Sheet. All formatted formulas will be pasted to the converted sheet for easier calculation. You must have a newer version of MS Excel to edit .xlsx format, Adobe Acrobat Reader to edit .pdf format, or a Google Account to edit Google Sheets.

Edit the text color, size, word placement, and formulas as you see fit for your business' brand or calculation. For any specific editing or custom request, please reach out via Etsy or email.

Upload your logo or image and freely drag it where you please. The size of the image is also editable.
