Custom and personalised orders

Certain items can be personalised and are marked as so. Please make sure you fill in all sections to make your personalisation clear. The seller will check this with you if uncertain via Etsy messages. Please note that on personalised post boxes the graphic designer may change the layout slightly, please type in capitals if you require capitalisation. If no font or colour is requested I will choose one for you, usually to match the main photo. Personalised orders cannot be returned unless damaged.

Which couriers do you use?

I use third party couriers (unless specified for larger items.) Royal Mail tracked for smaller items, DPD and APC on tracked services. DX for larger and heavier items and Palletways/UPN/TWC for pallet deliveries which I need to take a contact number to pass onto the couriers so they can call you with a convenient date and time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Unfortunately I currently cannot provide gift wrap/messages or packaging due to the large numbers of orders I receive.

Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns on items (unless otherwise stated). I will send a courier or free returns label if an item is damaged or faulty otherwise the buyer must pay the postage cost. For more information please message me.

Do you post outside the UK?

Currently I can only post with the UK. I offer free mainland UK delivery but please note this excludes the highlands and Islands which I will contact you about after purchase. What happens if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

I am really sorry to hear the item or order you have received is not in its perfect condition. To help rectify this for you, please notify me via Etsy messages. Please refrain from adding a review until messaging me as I will be happy to help resolve issues. To help rectify this I request the customer sends photographs of box (if box is damaged in transit) and pictures of the item which is faulty or damaged. Please do not return items without informing me as this can delay your refund. Before installation or use of any item, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are happy with the goods. Please do not book a tradesperson until you have received and checked the goods. Any questions please message me via Etsy.

I do offer bespoke services but only on certain orders. The cost will be increased and so will the lead time. I currently do offer bespoke services on some hanging basket brackets, house signs, weathervanes, silhouettes, select benches and select fireguards. Please message me for more information. (I don't do bespoke hooks, door knockers, other hardware, furniture or lighting sorry.)
