Tea Cozy - Elfin Girl, Mushroom and Animal Friends Motif Wrap-Around / Drop-In Style for 14-20 ounce teapots, with coaster and drip catcher

Nobody likes lukewarm tea. You just need a handcrafted and lightly padded tea cozy to keep you and your guests enjoying hot tea from your favorite teapot throughout the entirety of your special gathering! This sweet cotton print of an Elfin girl and her woodland friends is from European brand Acufactum and reminded us of the Tomtebo Barnen (Children of the Forest) story by Swedish author and artist Elsa Beskow! Please note that this fabric is not readily available in the USA, so we only have one of these cozies available.

Just slip your personal size 14-20 ounce teapot into this wrap-around tea cozy (reverse is a nice brown cotton) and you're all set to keep that tea hot! The tea cozy is only lightly padded with a single layer of padding to keep the heat of the tea contained. There is an opening for the handle and the spout with a tie to pull the fabric snug around the pot to keep it secure. To secure the lid safely, slip the matching drip catcher onto the spout, over the lid and onto the handle of the teapot. So simple and then no fear of drips onto your stunning table display! Also keep the tea warm from the bottom up with the matching double-sided teapot coaster, also padded!

Washing Instructions: Hand Wash with Woolite or similar and leave to air dry. Fabric is 100% percent cotton with polyester batting.

The pot used for the photo is a 20 ounce or thereabouts pot and measures from base to brim (not lid) at 4" and then widest circumference at 15".

The teapot coaster measures 8" across.

The drip catcher measures 2" for the spout, 4 1/4" across the lid to the end of the beads, and then the hook to go on the teapot handle measures 2". The total length of the drip catcher is 8 1/4". It is made of stretch cord so has a bit of give and can easily stretch up to 10".
