When will my package arrive?

1. All orders up to 1 pound will (approximately 1 yard) will ship First Class with tracking. Your tracking number will start with "940". These packages are taking 7-10 business days for arrival during the holiday season. 2. All orders above 1 pound with ship 2-3 day priority. Your tracking number will start with "940". These packages are taking 3-5 business days for arrival during the holiday season.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

Due to COVID, the holidays and USPS staffing there may be significant delays to the postal system (unfortunately we can't predict how long your orders will take to arrive during this time). Once your package has left our possession and is in the hands of USPS, we can no longer update you any better on your package than USPS. This shop is our full-time job and most orders get filled and shipped the same day as purchase. Please reach out to your mailman or USPS if your tracking is not updated or you have questions about your package.

How come my tracking hasn't updated?

USPS released information stating that through the holiday season tracking may not up date until reaching its destination post office. Your order may look like it is still sitting in Kansas City when it is somewhere else all together. Packages are taking approximately 7-10 days to arrive at their destination due to the amount of packages being shipped this holiday season.
