Custom and personalized orders

All our files are JPG or PDF. They are always high resolution - 300 dpi. All files can be opened using any standard editing software. For some of our larger images, we compress them, and provide you with ZIP files. To unzip the files, On MAC: simply double click on the ZIP file to unzip. On Windows: use any ZIP software on your computer to unzip the files. (Most computers come with the software needed, else download one of the many free ones available on the internet.) If you have any issues with your files, please message us, and we will do our best to help you solve the issue.

All our products are high resolution, formatted and print- ready. No graphic skills are required. Our files can easily be printed at home or at your local print shop. If you plan to use an online printing service, get in touch with us, and we'll provide you with the required file format. For best results, make sure to use the correct type of paper. Our recommendation is a premium cover stock. Regular computer printer paper is usually too thin for heavy, colored graphic images. Card-stock is thick, but because it is also very absorbent, it can absorb a lot of ink, giving you a dull final image. Please note that due to monitor and printer settings, the colors you see on your screen might differ from the final printed product.

Files are available for download once your payment is confirmed from the 'Purchases and Reviews' section of your account. You will also receive an email from Etsy with a download link. Custom Products: All custom digital products are delivered via dropbox. Within 3-5 business days of receiving all personalization information, you will receive a secure link to your downloadable file. We are happy to provide a proof if requested. Express Delivery: We offer a 24-hour front-of-the-queue delivery option. Convo us for a link to purchase. Download links expire after 4 weeks. Please request a new link, if you need to re-download your files. No physical product will be sent.

For most of our custom products, you can select any font from our Custom Font List. An image showcasing all the font names is usually a part of the listing. You can view the fonts in more detail here: www.etsy.com/listing/510217589 This font listing is only for reference. Please do not purchase.

Opening Editable PDF files

Our editable PDFs can only be edited on a PC (Windows) or MAC computer. They are not suitable for mobile devices like smartphones or tablets. Files can only be used in Adobe Reader. You can download the latest version for free from https//get.adobe.com/reader. MAC users: the PDF must only be viewed or opened directly in Adobe Reader and NOT using the default Preview. If you double click on the file or open it in Preview, you will need to re-download the original file from your Etsy account.

Editing Editable PDF files

All editable text is highlighted in blue. Simply type over the sample text with your own information. To edit font, text color or size of the highlighted text: Mac: Press [Command+E] PC: [Control+E] You do not need to purchase / download / install any fonts. All fonts used in our designs are embedded in the PDF, and will work when opened in Adobe Reader. [Mac users: remember to not open the files in Preview. If you do, fonts will get replaced by your system fonts, and you will need to re-download the original file]. Only highlighted text is editable. Artwork, graphics, and some text cannot be altered. Please check the listing images to see what is editable.

Physical Products: Delivery

All orders are processed in San Diego, USA. Once payment and all customization information is received, you will receive your proof (if requested) within 1-3 business days by email. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days of approval of proof. We ship our products via USPS first class mail. The normal shipping time is 3 to 5 business days (US locations) per USPS. Express Shipping may be purchased for select products / cities. Shipping rates and times vary according to the product. Please check individual product listings for details.

All our physical products are for personal use only. Most of our digital products come with a Small Commercial Use License (less than 250 prints). Please do not Distribute, share or sell in any shape or form Incorporate into clip art, digital paper, or a digital collage sheet - even if it is altered Claim these graphics as yours Where used commercially, credit to this store would be nice :) To purchase a Commercial License, please send us a message. Ivory & Gold retains all rights.

Due to the nature of all custom products, we do not accept returns. Please make sure to read the listing details and check proof carefully to ensure what you're ordering is right for you. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to work with you to get you the product you want. For any information changes (things you did not previously specify) a small redesign fee may be applicable.
